INITIAL CONSULTATION
We catch up face to face to find out how we can help on your next project
CONCEPT DESIGN
Using the information we have gathered we develop into a preliminary concept package at this stage you can expect to see the intended design direction for the project
PRODUCT SELECTION
Typically this includes the selection of furniture, fittings, fixtures, lighting & soft furnishings – all the fun stuff!
MATERIALS & FINISHES SELECTION
Using your inspiration as a starting point we carefully select all finishes i.e. flooring, tiles, kitchen bench tops, paint colours, joinery finishes etc , so they all work together and form the materials & finishes palette.
DOCUMENTATION & SCHEDULING
At this stage we work up a complete set of drawings. Typically this includes; floor plan, lighting & electrical plan, elevations, sections and joinery details. You will also receive the Finishes, Furniture & FF&E schedules. This will provide clarity of the brief to your builder, and ensure that the costing of the project is accurate and whole lot easier for all involved.
CONSTRUCTION PHASE
We now have an approved set of drawings ready for construction. This is the stage where we take the majority of the stress out of the project for you and make sure the detail is carried out onsite.
PROCUREMENT
This stage is optional and depends on each individual client. We can co-ordinate the purchase of all furniture, lighting, accessories for those busy people that can’t find the time in the day to get this done.
INSTALLATION & STYLING
This is where it all starts to come together. We will co-ordinate all the furniture deliveries to site. Then we add the final decorative touches to bring everything together and add your personal touch to the scheme.
